Hi,
Boy was my dog bummed out by your recall. She keeps asking when Naturally Wild will be back on the shelves. What can I tell her?
Bill

Hi Bill-

I don’t want to keep your dog waiting, but right now we don’t have a definite date of when that will be. We are looking to have Eukanuba Naturally Wild back out as soon as possible, and I will let you know as soon as it comes available!

My dogs, too, are bummed by your recall. Although they think that your Lamb and Rice will do in the meantime, they are anxiously awaiting the return of their favorite, Euk Wild. Like Bill Kelley above, what can I tell them now that it’s almost September?

Tommy Tucker | September 7th, 2010 at 1:46 am

I have 2 dogs that are bummed out that the food is not back on the shelves. I have had to try several different brands but they prefer the NAturally Wild. Any updates on the when the product will be back on the shelves?

Hello, I was hoping to receive some sort of update on the naturally wild? It’s so hard to find the next best food, so many options. But I have a senior hunting dog and a young min pin. We free feed, so I purchased the small bites maintenance, but they just love the Naturally Wild. Thx!

My dog is in dire need of the sensitive skin formula. Any ideas as to when?

Bob

Kurtis | September 13th, 2010 at 10:55 pm

Any updates on the Naturally Wild line being back in stores? General time frame? Before the end of the year, I hope. My dogs were doing well on it wrt losing weight and eliminating skin/allergy problems. Now I’m trying to figure out what might be comparable.

Hi,

I second Mr. Kelly’s post. I’ve been looking for a substitute for Eukanuba Naturally Wild for about 2 months now with NO luck. I can definitely tell my dog misses his Naturally Wild food. He’s just not interested in eating as quickly. I used to have to control his eating because he loved the food so much but now he limits himself. Poor pup. :(

Any closer to a new batch shipment date?

Please can you let me know when your Naturally Wild Venison will be out for sale again. I am desparate for my kennel. They all were on it and there is nothing else comprable.

Jenifer, RVT | January 5th, 2011 at 2:29 pm

Hello Lisa-

Thank you for your patience during this very difficult time- We have been making planned upgrades at our manufacturing sites that have taken longer than we expected. However, we do expect to have the shelves stocked by the end of January.

Again, thank you for your patience~

Tiffany | January 28th, 2011 at 10:49 am

Any new updates on when this product will return to the stores? I’ve been checking lately, but haven’t seen it yet. Thanks!

Jenifer, RVT | February 10th, 2011 at 7:47 pm

My apologies Tiffany- please see the update here: http://bit.ly/EukAvailability

Thanks!

Lynne Callahan | February 17th, 2011 at 10:36 pm

So I followed the directions and sent in the UPC code from a 30 pound bag of food for which I didn’t have a receipt. I should have returned it to the pet store, I think they would have done a little better then a $5 off coupon, since the bag of food which was less then 1/2 used cost around $60 with tax.
Its ok though, we have found a substitute that seems to be working well with itching. Also the letter that came with coupon said it may be available in March.

Jenifer, RVT | February 18th, 2011 at 3:42 pm

Hi Lynne-

I found you in our computer system! In reading your comment here, it looks like you may have been expecting a refund for the 30lb bag? I’m sorry if there was a misunderstanding- I would be happy to help you. Let me know if you were wanting a refund and I can take care of that for you. What food were you feeding? We have recently been updated, here is a link to the update! http://bit.ly/EukAvailability

Thank you-
